Private lessons are a great way to SAFELY establish a new practice, deepen your existing practice, work through an injury, or work toward specific goals.


Individual attention

You'll have my undivided attention and instruction as we dive into developing your personal yoga practice. We can spend time exploring the subtle details of each posture to maximize benefits and minimize risk of injury. I can show you appropriate modifications or variations to enhance your practice and give you a new experience in every pose. I'll carefully monitor your progress and tweak the program as you continue to improve. And on the days you really aren't feeling 100%, we can spend time relaxing and restoring you to a level of peak performance.

Customized Program

First, I'll have you fill out an intake form to get an idea of your goals and your prior experience. Then, we will meet for a proper introduction and official consultation. Together, we'll discuss exactly what you hope to get out of your yoga practice and build a custom plan to get you there. My experience with different styles of physical practice and my interest in many aspects of classical yoga mean that whether your goals are physical, mental, spiritual, or anywhere in between, I can help you find your path and continue moving forward without hesitation.


 

If you love the idea of private lessons but simply cannot afford them, please contact me. I do not believe that cost should be a barrier to those sincerely interested in exploring the practice of yoga. We may be able to work out an affordable program that works for your budget and schedule.
