YOGA MEANS SOMETHING DIFFERENT TO EVERYONE

 

It is a personal exploration that teaches us to see, understand, accept, and improve ourselves. We each come to the practice with different goals, backgrounds, and bodies. I help people from all walks of life find out what yoga means to them and begin (or continue) a path of self-improvement that evolves over time as they do. I only ask that my students come with an open mind.
